As a first step towards establishing itself in this industry, the Group has signed a technical arrangement with InterContinental Hotel Group to operate 20 storey 5 stars Luxury / Business hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos. The Hotel will have 358 luxury rooms including standard rooms, luxury suites & presidential suites. The hotel is expected to open for business in the year 2013.
Milan Group has recently signed with Swissotel Hotels (Fairmont Raffles Hotels International). The hotel will be designed for todays discerning business traveler combining renowned Swiss hospitality with fresh, contemporary design.
